The sale gives an extra discount over the normally discounted prices this weekend the 14th to the 17th.
PRES15 is the code to get the discount.

See the announcement on their FB page for more details. Note that the discount does not apply to the items they have in their new releases section... and it isn't a straight 15% discount (it is $7 off $49.99-$99.99, $15 off orders $100-$199.99, and $25 of $200-$399.99...). They had a few items I've been considering so I threw in an order. We'll see how that works out...
Caboose Hobbies also has a Presidents Day Sale through Monday... It also includes shipping discounts.

Caboose Hobbies excludes several items normally in the disclaimer, but I managed to get an extra 10% off on some fairly nice brass deals last year. Now and then, they will give the 10% on brass also which probably comes out of their commission. TrainWorld deals can be tricky for sure. I just posted the ad so all could see it if they needed something in stock. New releases are not normally discounted. Larry |

The Trainworld order worked out well with the $15 discount offsetting the $14.95 shipping amount. All 4 items ordered were actually in stock and received.
The Caboose Hobbies order worked well with the exception of the UPS guy literally throwing it on my porch from 15' away (as I watched through my front door window) likely leading to the knocked off screens on 3 of the 4 Athearn Genesis 57' reefers I got.

Your lucky he didn't relieve himself on it first. He is Union so there is nothing UPS can do about it. |
