Has anyone installed a TSC 1.5 voltage regulator? I'm trying to install my rear headlights and the drawing if and how I'm reading it I can't seem to find the read headlight wiring.

You don't connect your lights directly to the voltage regulator per se. The voltage regulator basically replaces the common blue wire to your lights. The other side of each light connects to the decoder as per normal.
