Does Atlas sell decorated shells for current releases?

Does Atlas sell complete, decorated shells for their newer n scale locomotives? I recall that a couple years ago they were selling extra or surplus inventory of various shells from previous runs, but I’m interested in a GP40-2 shell in PC that was just released. Their website shows that the complete models shipped at the beginning of this month, so I'm guessing they should still have some extra shells at the factory. Is this something that I need to contact Atlas directly to order? I have an extra GP40-2 that I was going to sell off on eBay, but when I remembered that another run of these was coming, I thought of the shell swap idea.

I would say the best way to find out is to contact Atlas by phone or e-mail. I don't think they stick much in the way of parts like they once did.
