Nice looking train. Genesis F's are powerful, I think they were rated at over 50 freight cars per unit.

Nothing done this week, what with the club show last weekend and bowling, there was not much time to finish anything this week. PRR N1s 2-10-2 hauling a coal drag up the mountain! PRR GP9's with a coal drag with NYC GP40's waiting on the passing track. See you all later! Rick J

Great photo's all. Handsome Milw passenger train! Great looking unique tank car and nicely weathered.
Mark, love those Genesis Rio Grande F units. I never did get the freight units, only the #5764 - when I can recover from the Nov/Dec season, maybe I'll start treasure hunting a set of the 5711 or 5714 units.

Made a load up. Weathered basic Athearn 40ft car.Midwest junk wood i had, scale 2 by 8 bracing and posts some scrap i had. Center of load is empty. Sides and tops full pieces .Ends 1 inch pieces. Cuts down on weight and material. Looked at some pictures on Vancouver Island 50s/early 60s. Good enough for me and quite pleasing to the eye. Got the itch todo another.Steve

Some moving pictures. Not by Rush, although I do enjoy 2112 while working on the layout.

I'm still on a vehicle modeling kick. I'm planning to build a couple freemo modules of the area around Joliet Union Station and will need a bunch of vehicles. The Dodge Monaco's are RPM87 resin kits. They should look familiar to fans of a certain 80's movie. The Chevelle is from my experiment in shrinking 1/64 scale cars.
