After some recent trackwork on the Cascade Extension, I've been running some test trains with an ops session coming up. A few pics from that... Night photo of Amtrak P42 #177 pausing for a station stop. The original Athearn bulbs were replaced with Evan Designs LEDs. They are really bright and look fantastic.

Here's an SD40T-2 that I was considering selling (thinking the better of it) as it is very late in my timeline, thus it's "clean" appearance........ Have a great week guys! GO SEAHAWKS!

I'm going to be out of the modeling game for a while because I got a house project to take care of and that's taking all of my money right now. Here is a 60ft box just finished. Started as a Athearn RTR 60ft auto. I stripped it modified it with flat ends, added Kadee Hydroframe 60 to it and relocated the truck closer to the ends. Painted with Floquil boxcar red and lettered with Mask Island decals.

Athearn made them, when they came out with the IC GP9. But I've also built them from styrene and brass rod.
