Non-Sound Athearn Genesis SD70ACe Lighting

I recently purchased a non-sound Genesis SD70ACe and plugged in a Soundtraxx MC2H1040P motor decoder into the 8 pin socket. Everything works, except I can't get the ditch lights to turn on. Do I need to rewire something or am I missing a CV setting?

You will need to move the ditch light wires from the headlight pins to the F pins on the side of the board.
