If for any reason it is needed, here is a brief description of how the Block Forum Member feature works:
At the top where the blue forum banner bar is, find the menu with: Home, Help, Search, Calendar, Members, Profile, Messages.
- Click on Profile
- On the next page upper right under "View Profile", click on the Edit Profile button.
- .. next page under "Edit Profile & Settings", find the Privacy tab and click on it.
- Scroll down in the "Privacy Settings" to the bottom where you will find Member Block List.
If there are no blocked members, you will see a box with generic avatar symbol and next to it there will be a field where you can add a user name. Once a valid member name is added, a set of check boxes will appear to the right side. Check "Hide this members posts" and check one or all of the other selections if appropriate.
- Lastly, be sure to click on Save Privacy Settings to keep selections until you wish to change them in the future.
Try it if needed, you may find it be of great benefit.
