Atlas GP 9 N scale

Hi, I just got in the mail a new DCC atlas GP 9 n scale in NHN. When I ran it for the first time I noticed that it sits low on the track ( Code 80). It sits so low that the bumpers will catch  on the crossing.  There does not seem to be a adjustment. All my other trains have no problem going around the lay out. Has any one  run into this before?

I recently bought an Atlas GP7 and have the same problem.
To solve, I pulled the shell up about 1/16" and the rear bumper just clears all my track.

My shell fit very tightly on the frame so I also filed the nubs down.
This makes it easier to remove the shell.
