First of all. I live near Allentown, PA.
Spent 20 years building the 'Bare Mountain Railway' and am moving to another state. The layout has to go (I can't take it with me) and I hate like hell to smash everything up and dumpster it.
Since I have many thousands of $$$ in the layout, I'm going to sell off most of the rolling stock, but the scenes and buildings will be given away--free! Just come and get them.

Jeff - VERY NICE offer from you. I don't model in N, so I'll pass, but I see this as a very generous offer to others that model in your scale. Nice looking layout too!
Best of luck in your move. Any plans for a new layout once your settled into the new place?

Jeff, I had to move from Hamburg, NY to the rochester, NY area back in 2002 after my mothers Death. However it was my last N-SCALE layout was built by my late mother and I, she was the one who suggested that it be modular... to be moveable and this was back in 1987 ! - see below- The layout was very loosely based on two ERIE RR’s Divisions and my mothers hometown Short Line RR The ERIE Divisions are: 1 . The BUFFALO and SOUTHWESTERN Railroad en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buffalo_and_South_Western_Railroad2 . NEW YORK , PENNSYLVANIA and OHIO Railroad / Nypano RR , NEE- ATLANTIC and Great western RR en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nypano_Railroad or en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlantic_and_Great_Western_Railroad3. The JW. & NW. Railroad en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamestown,_Westfield_and_Northwestern_Railroad A few portions of this railroad ... the JW. & NW.
