I'm working on a Windows app to control an engine via JMRI and a WiThrottle server. The ultimate goal is to make a toddler friendly app so my little girl can run Thomas with me.
I don't know if anyone uses Windows Phone (probably not though!) or has a Windows PC that they want to use as a throttle, but I put the app in the store: App link
If you have any feedback, I would love to hear about it. I'm a lone wolf "operator" who likes to play Choo Choo, so I'm not sure what people want/expect from a throttle app, and if this app meets those expectations.
