Lets get the ball rolling boys! It's Father's Day, show us some of your photos... Here is a shot of the installation of a Loksound Direct mini decoder and a sugar cube speaker in a Bachmann S2 This is the sugar cube speaker in the wood enclosure I built to hold it. Here is the enclosure before the sugar cube was mounted in it.

Some early morning shots from the West Coast on the day before Summer Solstice. Caboose 01442 is in the hole as the RGZ roars past. The wait continues as Tunnel Motor 5399 and SD45 5317 lead a manifest past as well. Trailing the power is an ATSF BX-94 #520146, built in 1965 and painted in the road's Indian Red Shock Control scheme, it's very colorful in the early morning. One reason I enjoy modeling the '70s is the array of colors used on the prototype, here, trailing the Bx-94 is a PS-1 50' paper service car belonging to the DT&I. Built in 1962 the model is showing about 13 years of wear, dirt is collecting in the warped car sides and the black paint is flaking off the roof. The model is from Kadee.

Well, it has been awhile. I've been working on setting up a FB page for the AV, but had just a little time to finish two more units for the AV. Both are Bowser's with Loksound installed. I also purchased the newer trucks for both of them. I figured that the C630s suffered the same problem as the 636 and now they run smoother. The 635 is my first Bicentennial and the 624 is based on the early 60's scheme. Both have working strobes, but I can't get the air conditioners to work....

T-Bird if you model the DT&I you can have all the colors under the rainbow! Nothing complete this week, almost done with an engine I have been working on, here is a hint on what is being worked on! Stewart U25B with added detail, painted and decaled with Microscale Decals. No hint but a picture of Walther's U30B'a with a mixed freight. Thanks for looking! Rick Jesionowski
