There is an announcement on the Exactrail website saying they will not be able to ship orders for the next few days.
The roof of the next door tenant collapsed and authorities have turned off the gas and electricity for the whole building.
No significant damage at ExactRail, their roof is okay. They hope to get going again as quickly as possible.

Transparency is a good thing. Nice of Exactrail to let people know what is happening so inaccurate assumptions are not necessary.

Transparency is a good thing. Nice of Exactrail to let people know what is happening so inaccurate assumptions are not necessary. And in this day and age that is a important step since you have those that can't wait to bash a shop or manufacturer for delayed shipping without knowing the complete story. Is that a whistleblower thing or ego trip thing? I can never decide.
