The 2017 schedule for The Model Railroad Open House has been posted (http://themodelrailroadopenhouse.com). This year we have 180 events! The Model Railroad Open House was started 50 years ago and has been a long-standing tradition, occurring every November in conjunction with National Model Railroad Month. With the cooperation of the Garden State, New Jersey, Philadelphia, South Mountain, and Susquehanna divisions of the NMRA, the tour now includes all of New Jersey, two thirds of Pennsylvania, and parts of Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Posting basic informstion like dates and location would be helpful. thx Links were given in the first post. Here is a direct link to the calendar. Calendar LinkClick on a railroad and you will be taken to a page with data, address and so forth. Including potential GPS errors and other driving hints!

Including potential GPS errors and other driving hints! I still suggest adding that basic info would be helpful to some. For each of the 180 events? I would have liked a map of the states with pins to each layout - like Google does it. But, that might not be so simple a thing to do. Clicking each entry in the calendar to find out where and when does get a bit old.

There are maps for each week that have pins and a list of addresses and times below. For each of those weekly maps, you can toggle on/off specific days. No, you do not need to go in/out of 180 events!
