Does anyone know where this is? I got a few engines I want to convert to LEDs, but no idea where to solder wires to to get 12v.

There is usually a small circular pad marked + 12V on the board. That is where you attach your common blue wire. That being said, OEM decoders can vary at times from the off-the-shelf variety, but it still "should" be there.
