Good Evening Everyone,
I just got my old computer up and running. I installed JMRI, purchased a PR4, and was able to program a locomotive. Unfortunately, the buttons for writing sheets at the bottom of the pages disappeared entirely. I can look at all the CVs on the Soundtraxx Decoder, but I can not program them. To make things more interesting, I have found that I can select a new locomotive from the drop down bar and than program it... but again than it won't let me re-program it! This has me perplexed as both the JMRI I use at the hobby shop where I work and my model railroad club have not done this. I am not well versed in this, and I am unsure what to do.(The PR4 won't detect the decoder, but will program it...odd but separate issue.)Anyone have a suggestion?
