Hello,

Thank you for accepting me into this forum. This is my first post and I am new to modeling. I would like to ask the moderators if its possible for folks to put up photos of MOW equipment for inspiration. Perhaps we can make this a MOW thread?

I don't have any MOW photo's personally but there should be some on some popular photo sites:

rr-fallenflags.org/

I am guessing such things as big hooks, flangers and other MOW equipment is what you are after. Being a D&RGW fan here is a photo from rr-fallen flags:

If you search the freight car section of the various RR companies in the above site, usually the MOW equipment is found there with items starting with M.

You might also register for RailCarPhoto's and search that site:

www.railcarphotos.com/

Here's the smallest Sperry Rail Services unit I've seen. A long way from their old railcars. Pictures taken September 1, 2015 in Ottawa, Ontario.

This might be an interesting unit to model on a River Point Station Ford chassis.
