I assume the BACH-DSL decoder does? I just want to triple-check before I order one.

In case anyone ever Googles this and end up here. Decoder worked like a champ. Took my friend about half an hour to replace it, and the new LEDs it shipped with work great.

Was able to speed match no problem.
