Has anyone done this? There is no plug. Is it difficult or just a board install?

I've done four of them and pretty much followed the article (link Ed provided) on the TCS site to the letter.

A friend of mine has milled these out for loksound. I would assume he used the micro decoder with a sugar cube speaker.
