It's really difficult for me to comment here, because I love the ICG paint scheme when it's fresh and clean, which it almost never was. Being in the "rust belt" their paint schemes seemed to weather far worse than the far flung western roads that even had to contend with the desert sand and temperature swings. It is, however, exceptionally well done, and in that regard, the painter most certainly earned their money! Beautiful, in a manner of speaking. Ah, heck, this unit makes the SP tunnel rats look clean! Jack

Be interesting to know how the lettering was done. I had John Frantz at Mt. Vernon Shops simply reprint the ICG Microscale Set in white
