For those stuck at home with nothing to do, i make no claim to its accuracy.
A 19+ minute video about the building and subsequent haunting of Hoosac Tunnel. From a conspiracy type website, but it is entertaining.
I have watched quite a few of his other video's and some get a little far out.

James, B&O's Moonville tunnel in Ohio is reportedly haunted.. Back in the day Moonville was a mining community and outside of some foundations, a cemetery and the tunnel there's nothing left even the track is gone. The track was pulled up in 1987.
