Sorry to hear that. I'll be sure to add an IPD boxcar to the roster in his memory.

Always expressed his considerable model railroading knowledge like a fine gentleman. My sincere condolences!

I am just gutted.Brakie was a special kind of a guy to many. Old school model railroader..loved his Atlas locos. He goes back to the old Atlas Forum and many others. Such a kind man with some good wisdom. Man i cannot believe he has left us. Certainly going to miss Brakie. RIP Brakie.Another good one has left us.

Wow...sure will miss Brakie, he was always a steady voice of reason on the forums. According to his last post he had come down with Covid, that's just tragic... so long Brakie, we will certainly miss you...

His posts were always enjoyable. He obviously loved model railroading and was happy to do things his own way.

I had concerns when I didn't see him posting much of late, given that he had some health scares in the recent past. Brakie will be missed.

Wow, that’s really sad, especially this close to the holidays. Larry was definitely one of the good guys in the hobby and I can say I had many good and informative conversations with him both on here and the original forum as did many others. Rest In Peace Brakie, you will be missed by all of us.....☹️
