the explanation for CE sounds good to me...
there is a b&W picture of TLCX10 also in RPC Vol.9 page 43, but the color seems to be lighter then the model (it is described as yellow)

according to Rail Prototype Cyclopedia V.9 page 34 PC stands for Pullman(-Standard) Compartmentizer.... So the car says Pullman Compartmentizer Compartmentizer? That's worse than saying "ATM Machine".
