Looking for a brass kit builder

I'm looking for someone to build a brass loco kit. It's a small switcher/critter, HO scale, and is comprised of brass etchings and the need to cut brass stock for the underframe, supports, etc. I had one suggestion and after a few emails to them a few years ago, I never heard anything back. I have everything but the brass stock. I have the kit, instructions, decals, etc.
