I know there are a few on Amazon, but it seems like all of the other railroad video companies are either still trying to sell DVDs or have gone out of business. I would gladly pay for an online streaming service for railroad and model train videos.

Virtual Railfan? They have live railside cameras located all over the US as well as Revelstoke, BC. All are streamed on youtube, some free, some paid.

Model Railroad Academy has all the Allen Keller layout video tours available via streaming (subscription based).
+1 for Virtual Railfan, if you subscribe via YouTube they have tons of extra cameras available. I would also hope RailfanDepot (Pentrex + others) would get into the streaming side of things.
YouTube is a haven for this stuff, Delay In Block Productions does some nice subject content, Distant Signal gives some great Florida based CSX coverage, Thornapple River Rail Series has some great content as well. There's others covering cab rides in Europe / Japan, UK content, and various railfans. Once you watch / like / subscribe to a few the YouTube algorithm will find others that you might like.

I want to watch all the older videos. Virtual railfan is great if you want to watch modern crap pass by. I miss the old pentrex videos and a lot of the older stuff.

Quite a bit is on YouTube, just search around. The other option might be your local library. They typically can get DVDs from around the state. Rip them to your computer and enjoy!

VR does a daily grab bag of interesting stuff, too. Heritage units, business trains, track work, foreign power, cabooses, etc. Sometimes some off topic stuff like car crashes if the camera happens to catch them, Space-X launches, etc.
I have had Tower 55 in Fort Worth on for a couple weeks now, it's so busy there it's almost absurd. At night you can see some of the signals to know when a route is lined, and they don't use the horn too much so it's quiet. The only downfall is it's a single camera and it can't catch everything when it's on autopilot, sometimes you hear one but it's out of frame.
I was at a show last month and a dealer was just dumping DVDs. $4 bucks a shot. I bought $50 worth, probably should have bought all of them but it was three tables full. Some still sealed, $30 videos. Some were older ones, a couple are pretty obviously straight up VHS transfers, but they were still watchable.
