On the ESU V4 54615 DCC decoder, it had the function of "stopped forward" and "stopped reverse". I had used this function for my F units red warning light. In V5 what appears to be the equivalent decoder, 59629 DCC, no longer has this functionality. In fact IMHO it looks like ESU dumbed down that specific decoder in LokProgrammer.
In looking at the ESU manual pages for the V5 decoders, it appears this functionality still exists, but there is no way to tell which V5 decoders support it.
Was wondering if anyone who has experience with the various V5 decoders, might know which one supports the "stopped forward" and "stopped reverse".
TIA. Bob

In the function mapping, under the conditions column .... in the drop box for each function, for driving you have three options - ignore, yes and no. No is the same as stop.
Mark.
