Anyone purchased from Model Railway Depot?

Has anyone purchased from Model Railway Depot? If so, how was your experience? Looking to place an order with them, but can’t find a business address which always makes me a bit concerned. I also sent them an email and have yet to receive a reply. The site looks legit to me, but I figured it’s best to ask here before placing an order.

Their business address is a PO Box (Model Railway Depot, P.O. Box 235, South Canaan PA 18459) with no Phone number listed. Red Flag number one. Also, this isn't the only business listed at this address. They are also Model Airplane Depot, Military Model Depot and Model Ship Depot none of which have a good BBB rating (many complaints). Red flag number two. The one review on the BBB site should be red flag number three. The complainta on the BBB site should be red flag number four.

I've been sticking with several reliable dealers including MBK, Spring Creek and Lombard Hobbies. Those have always been reliable.

Looks like they have another website storefront called Hobby Rails. This site gives the address that was posted above.

Jim: I use those sites too, but was considering buying from Model Railway Depot because they had a couple items that are out of stock at other locations.

Seems like criminal activity, and yet they are not under arrest. Maybe the Attorney General should take it a little more seriously.
