ESU Loksound 5 CV’s locking up

So i’ve recently purchased a Atlas gold C40-8 in N scale, it runs great, but after i started programming the horn selection cv, it sort of locked itself, an now i cant change any of the cv’s, is there a solution to this?

cv8 reset and try again, or it's fried.

Be sure CVs 15 and 16 are set to a value of 0. Those are the lock CVs.
