Eastern Seaboard Models' XIH Boxcar (HO) is scheduled to ship from the factory in September. Here are some photos of the production run approval samples. The truck frame bracing detail underneath the bottom of the InterMountain trucks was omitted from the samples inadvertently but are included on the final models.

Photos aren't loading; proboards.com runs with HTTPS and has security measures in place to only allow loading of photos from other sites over HTTPS. But ESM's web server isn't configured to support HTTPS -- only responds to HTTP.

Will be excited when you get around to the CP versions!
Dribbling out the roadnames one or two at a time over the years might work for the N-scale market, but not what we are used to in HO.

The Luminator-Mitchell charcoal heaters will be available as a detail part with the second release. |

A follow-up regarding detail parts available for sale: There actually will be some detail parts available with the premiere release, but the available quantities won't be known until next month. It's all but certain they will be limited as they will be leftover product from the production run, and they may be extremely limited. But whatever overage that will exist from the production run has been secured and will be made available for sale. The parts will be: - L-M #14 charcoal heater
- Etched roofwalk
- Etched brake platform
- Brakewheel
- Side ventilators
