The old Stewart C628 cab, later Bowser, had a funky roof curvature. Has that been corrected? The C630/636 cab was fixed. ~ Walt

My understanding is yes, it was corrected.
There are previous threads on these forums where much better modelers than me explained the difference with pictures and there was extensive discussion about the roofs. My understanding from my friends at Bowser is the cabs were all updated.
The difference between a "good" cab and an incorrect one is very subtle and most people I do not think could tell the difference. Obviously some of the folks here can tell at a glance.
I recommend searching for previous threads on these forums.

When the first two runs of Canadian C630M's were released, they used the old cab with incorrect profile (as did most of the old Bowser releases made from the Stewart C628/C630 tooling). By the time the M630/M636's were released, Bowser had updated their cabs. I presume the C636, released in between, also has the updated cabs too (as per a discussion with Lee English, the C636's were apparently tooled up by a US-based tooling source, and there were numerous issues and delays, which was why it took so long to get them to market. The C430's were tooled/designed in China, which was how they were able to get them out much quicker).
